[Event report] CTR International Symposium Series 2023-2024

Center for Tourism Research (CTR), Wakayama University held the “CTR International Symposium Series 2023-2024”.

Under the theme "Current issues and future prospects in responsible tourism management", there were four presentations by aviation companies, local operators, and researchers.

After the presentations, a panel discussion focused on responsible tourism management. A lively discussion ensued, with speakers expressing various opinions on the relationship between the residents and tourists, and on the approach taken by those responsible for tourism.
